Yoga
All Levels Yoga Class
Every first Saturday of the month from 10:30 - 11:30, Sara Shaw will be hosting an ALL levels yoga class appropriate for everyone. The main focus of yoga is connecting breath and body, not touching your toes. Come have fun enjoy a relaxing experience allowing yourself to drop out of the head and into the heart!
The class is free, and donations are welcome so we can continue to host free community events led by and for our neighbors!

Discussion Night
Every other week, a new neighbor brings a spiritual or philosophical topic for discussion. Previous discussion topics include Wisdom, Truth, Purpose, & Meaning.
Through discussion we aim to grow in compassion for our neighbors and deepen our understanding of important topics together. This is a safe, welcoming place to ask questions, share different points of view, and learn from your neighbors.
Seth & Kaitlyn will provide snacks and drinks.

This clothing swap is for EVERYONE!
We’ll have sizes for Newborns - 14+ year olds, all genders, plus lots of accessories, toys, shoes, etc. Bring clothes to share so we can keep the swap going.
Please bring clothes to swap in bags - must be clean, good quality, free of stains, holes, and rips.

Story Quest Adventure Camp
TN Community Good is partnering with Trinity Community Commons to help restore connection and belonging in East Nashville this summer! Our goal is to offer a FREE, safe, supportive, and fun environment for local youth during summer vacation!
Story Quest Adventure Camp will focus on Literacy, Social Emotional growth and fostering Belonging through fun and engaging activities and community-led workshops!

Everyone’s welcome at the table! Come join your neighbors for a potluck style community dinner. Everyone is both host and guest, so everyone gets to contribute, and everyone gets to sit down and eat together. Bring a homemade dish to share, or help set up, serve, and clean up after dinner with us!

Weekly Farmers Market
Every Thursday from summer to fall we host our weekly neighborhood Farmers Market Market from 3:30-6pm!
We’ve expanded it to include a plant table and teas by the glass.
We’re joined every third Thursday by Bike Fun for small free bike repairs & maintenance.
All profits go back into helping your neighbors and we have the BEST market prices, plus a CSA option from Farmhouse Nashville.
On any given week, we’ll have:
- Lettuce, garlic, greens, strawberries, herbs, etc.
- Flower bouquets
- Big variety of house & garden plants, succulents & seedlings
- Grape water kefir & kombucha
- Hibiscus teas, Elderberry tea & syrup
- Banana bread & zucchini minis
- Local honey & maple syrup
- Fresh chicken & duck eggs
- Salsa & jams
- Sourdough breads

Night of Shared Healing
Come indulge in the peaceful tones of sound bowls paired with the restorative flow of Reiki. Bring a blanket and a cusion or yoga mat.
$15 donation welcomed.

Sourdough Basics by Baker Jane
If you’re new to sourdough or want a refresher, this is the class for you!
Baker Jane teaches the basics of caring for your starter, and using it to bake the most delicious artisanal bread! Bring a bowl to take home dough to bake your OWN loaf the next day!
Participants will go home with a jar of starter, dried starter just in case it fails, and dough to bake.

Annual Pedestrian Memorial by Walk Bike Nashville
Annual memorial to remember & honor those who lost their lives walking and biking in Nashville in 2023. This memorial is open & welcome to all neighbors.
We will gather to honor the neighbors, parents, brothers, and sisters killed walking and biking on Nashville's roads in 2023. The memorial program will begin at noon. Memorials for each crash victim will be placed on the Trinity Community Commons lawn, and attendees will have the opportunity to reflect and pay respects. If you are a family member or friend of a crash victim, please indicate that on the RSVP so we can properly honor your loved one.
